A Comparative or Competitive Market Analysis "CMA" is prepared for a seller by a real estate agent to determine the best price for a home.  The CMA compares selling prices of homes that are similar to a particular property in location, style and amenities. A CMA must not be confused with a formal appraisal. Realtor housing estimates are for their use only and never to be used as an appraisal.

What is the difference between " Market Value " and " Market Price "?
